Job summary

Advisor360° is seeking a strategic, analytical, and hands-on FP&A Manager to drive financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and high-impact financial initiatives across the organization. Reporting to the Controller, you will manage complex financial projects, improve planning processes, and deliver actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Qualifications

6+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
Experience in B2B SaaS or recurring-revenue environments.
Advanced financial modeling including three-statement models.
Track record delivering cross-functional initiatives.
Strong Excel skills and experience with large datasets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead FP&A planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Develop and maintain rolling forecasts for revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting packages and board presentations.
Partner with HR, Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive financial visibility.
Build and enhance financial models for pricing, renewal strategies, and investment opportunities.
Drive automation and adoption of FP&A platforms.
