Sanity in San Francisco is seeking a Head of FP&A & Strategic Finance to translate complex business dynamics into action. Build scalable FP&A systems, own planning and forecasting, and partner with GTM, Product, and G&A leaders to optimize resource allocation and performance measurement.

You will lead with data-driven insights, develop scenario models, and drive modernization of FP&A tooling, reporting, and integrations to empower leadership decisions across a high-growth SaaS business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in FP&A, investment banking, or strategic finance, with 3+ years in a senior/leadership role at a high-growth company.
• Deep command of SaaS metrics and how they interact.
• Track record building financial models used to drive decisions, not just reporting.
• Strong communication skills translating financial complexity for non-finance audiences.
• Bias for action: move quickly with imperfect information and course-correct as needed.

Responsabilités

• Own the annual operating plan and rolling forecast end to end.
• Develop scenario models translating strategy into financial frameworks (headcount, capacity, unit economics).
• Partner with GTM, Product, and G&A leaders to align numbers and decisions with data.
• Drive adoption of modern FP&A tooling and self-service reporting across ERP/CRM/data warehouse integrations.
