Job summary

Coinbase is seeking an experienced Finance Manager for Platform FP&A to translate our mission into a sustainable financial plan. You will own the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and business reviews, partnering with Platform leadership and the CTO to guide resource allocation as we scale.

You will build and maintain models, analyze variances, and present clear recommendations to senior leaders. The role requires 6+ years in FP&A or similar, advanced modeling, SQL, and experience with

Qualifications

6+ years in FP&A or related fast-paced finance role.
Experience managing large OpEx budgets across cost centers.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders with clear financial analysis.
Advanced financial modeling, SQL, and planning tools (Anaplan/NetSuite) or data viz (Looker/Tableau).
Experience using AI copilots in daily workflows.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end financial deliverables including forecasting and reporting for your business partners.
Drive month-end close with variance analysis and data integrity.
Identify trends and explain the 'why' behind numbers.
Partner with Platform leadership as trusted financial advisor and present analysis.
Build models to quantify risks, opportunities, and investment trade-offs.
