Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Finance Manager to own the financial roadmap for Platform, guiding annual plans and rolling forecasts. You will partner with Platform leadership to shape OpEx, investments, and resource allocation as the company scales.

The role requires 6+ years in FP&A or related fields, strong modeling, SQL, and experience with planning and visualization tools. This is a remote-first role with in-person surges and quarterly in-person sessions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of FP&A or similar finance experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing large OpEx budgets across cost centers.
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.
• Experience with planning tools and data visualization platforms.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with clear analyses.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting, reporting, and analysis for designated business partners.
• Lead month-end close and variance analysis with Accounting.
• Identify trends and opportunities by analyzing financial and operational data.
• Prepare and present analyses to Platform leadership for decision making.
• Build models quantifying risks and investment trade-offs.
