Qualifications

• 6 years of FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or similar fast-paced finance environment.
• Track record managing large-scale OpEx budgets across multiple cost centers.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear financial analysis.
• Advanced financial modeling skills, SQL proficiency, and planning/data visualization tools experience.
• Demonstrates ability to responsibly use generative AI tools in daily workflows to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial deliverables including forecasting, reporting, and analysis for business partners; ensure annual budget and monthly planning cycles are met with precision.
• Drive month-end close for your areas by conducting detailed variance analysis with Accounting to maintain data integrity.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities by proactively analyzing financial and operational data and explaining the why behind the numbers.
• Partner with Platform leadership as a trusted financial advisor, presenting analysis during business reviews and translating data into clear recommendations.
• Build and maintain financial models that quantify risks, opportunities, and investment trade-offs across your portfolio.
