Coinbase is hiring a Senior Finance & Strategy Manager for the Core FP&A team. You will provide CFO-level financial partnership across functions, including People, Legal, Compliance, Policy, and Finance, guiding capital deployment and long-term planning while leading a team of finance professionals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A or strategic finance with leadership at high-growth tech firms.
• At least 2 years of direct people management experience.
• Proven track record as strategic partner to C-level executives.
• Ability to build and present complex financial models for executive decision-making.
• Experience using generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial health of multiple major functional areas, serving as the primary finance partner to 3+ C-level executives and their leadership teams on resource allocation, investment strategy, and long-term planning.
• Drive the vision for how Finance partners with the business by identifying and implementing new analytical frameworks, efficiency opportunities, and operational improvements.
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, setting clear performance expectations and building a culture of strategic thinking and continuous improvement.
• Partner cross-functionally with People, Legal, Compliance, Policy, and Finance leadership to align on budgets, forecasts, headcount planning, and strategic priorities.
• Shape company-wide investment decisions by building financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases that inform executive decision-making.
• Execute regular financial reporting and variance analysis, translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership and the CFO's office.
