Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Finance Manager to lead FP&A for Platform, owning the financial roadmap from budget to rolling forecasts. You will partner with Platform leadership to translate strategy into actionable plans and guide resource allocation as we scale.

You'll own forecasting, close, variance analysis, and modeling, while collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive efficiency and business insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in FP&A, strategic finance, or similar fast-paced finance environment.
• Proven track record managing large OpEx budgets across cost centers.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with clear financial analysis.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and strong data analysis capabilities.
• SQL proficiency and experience with planning or BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial deliverables including forecasting, reporting, and analysis for business partners.
• Lead month-end close activities and variance analysis with accounting teams.
• Identify trends and opportunities by analyzing financial and operational data.
• Partner with Platform leadership as a trusted financial advisor and present analyses.
• Build and maintain financial models to quantify risks and investment trade-offs.
