Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Finance Manager to join the FP&A team, owning the financial roadmap from annual budget to rolling forecasts. You will partner with Platform leadership, including the CTO, to guide OpEx planning and allocate resources as the company scales.

You will deliver end-to-end forecasting, perform variance analyses, surface insights, and build models quantifying risks and opportunities. The role blends rigorous analysis with strategic business partnership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in FP&A or equivalent fast-paced finance environment.
• Experience managing large OpEx budgets across cost centers.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear, actionable financial analysis.
• Advanced financial modeling and SQL proficiency.
• Experience with planning tools or data visualization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial deliverables including forecasting, reporting, and analysis for business partners.
• Drive month-end close for your areas by conducting variance analysis with Accounting.
• Identify trends and opportunities by analyzing financial and operational data and explaining the 'why'.
• Partner with Platform leadership as trusted financial advisor, presenting analysis in business reviews.
• Build and maintain financial models quantifying risks, opportunities, and investment trade-offs.
