Jerry.ai is hiring a Strategic Finance Manager to own the operating model, planning cadence, and spend discipline across existing and new insurance products and business lines. You will partner with leaders, CFO, and founders to build and maintain driver-based models, budgets, and forecasts.

You will translate results into clear executive narratives, lead business reviews, and assess new opportunities with financial rigor, including CAC, LTV, payback, and margins.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or quantitative field.
• Strong financial modeling skills with driver-based models and GAAP concepts.
• Experience with unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback, retention, contribution margin).
• Ability to translate complex analysis into a clear executive narrative.
• Startup/high-growth experience preferred; experience building processes from scratch.
• Fluency with AI tools for analysis and automation.
• Nice to have: insurance/fintech/marketplace experience; CFA; vendor negotiation; finance tech stack.

Responsabilidades

• Own the operating model and forecast cycle for base business and new lines.
• Lead annual budget and long-range planning end-to-end with stakeholder inputs.
• Own monthly/quarterly forecast cycle and variance analysis.
• Write executive narratives for CFO, founders, board, and investors.
• Lead monthly business reviews with functional leaders and actionable insights.
• Evaluate and implement planning systems; recommend and roll out.
• Build financial case for new opportunities; size markets and model economics.
• Monitor results against case; analyze CAC, LTV, payback, and margins.
• Support corporate development with diligence and transaction analysis.
• Frame build/buy/partner decisions and vendor spend analyses.
