Jerry.ai is hiring a Strategic Finance Manager to own the driver-based operating model and planning across existing and new insurance-related lines. You will partner with the CFO, founders, and functional leads to build forecasts and translate results into clear business insights.

You will lead monthly reviews, build business cases for new opportunities, and frame decisions with robust financial analysis, including CAC, LTV, and payback metrics.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in finance roles at high-growth companies or finance teams.
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a similar quantitative field.
• Strong financial modeling skills with driver-based operating models and GAAP concepts.
• Experience with unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback, retention, margins).
• Startup or high-growth experience; building processes from scratch preferred.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools for analysis and automation.
• Experience in insurance/fintech/marketplace sectors is a plus.
• Experience with NetSuite, Ramp or similar planning tools.
