Jerry.ai is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to own the driver-based operating model and lead the planning cycle. You will partner with functional leaders, CFO and founders to inform decisions, build the financial case for new opportunities, and deliver reporting that withstands external diligence.

You will translate results into business insights, run monthly reviews, and shape frameworks for build/buy/partner decisions as Jerry expands across assets and insurance products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a quantitative field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience; 2+ years in investment banking, corporate development, or private equity with 2+ years in strategic finance/FP&A.
• Strong financial modeling and driver-based operating models.
• Experience with CAC, LTV, payback, cohort retention and margins.
• Ability to present complex analysis clearly to executives/investors.
• Startup or high-growth experience preferred; building financial processes from scratch.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools for analysis and workflow automation.
• Experience in insurance, insurtech, fintech, or marketplaces; finance tech stack.

Responsabilités

• Own the driver-based operating model for base business and new products.
• Lead monthly business reviews and translate numbers into decisions.
• Build financial cases for opportunities and new products, channels, or partnerships.
• Develop and monitor product/channel economics including CAC, LTV and payback.
• Frame buy/build/partner decisions and support negotiations.
• Explain movements vs plan and forecast implications post-close.
• Provide clear business insights to CFO, founders, board and investors.
