Job summary

Relation Insurance Services is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead projections, forecasts, and budgets across business units. You will own rolling forecasts and capital planning, delivering clear KPI-driven insights for senior leadership.

This role requires a four-year degree and at least six years in financial analysis, with CPA a plus. Expect collaboration across accounting, finance, and compensation teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 6+ years in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or related area with strong accounting foundation.
• CPA a plus or public accounting/audit experience is a bonus.
• Experience with Workday and Adaptive Planning preferred.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Act as financial advisor to assigned departments for budgets and forecasts.
• Lead development and evaluation of departmental budgets with supporting documents.
• Own rolling forecasts, new business and retention calculations with KPI definitions.
• Communicate financial results and assumptions clearly to stakeholders.
• Enhance capital plan forecasting and debt/equity scenario analysis.
• Prepare materials for Board and lender presentations and support audits.
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting accountability and excellence.
• Support finance-led process improvements.
