Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis to lead projections, forecasts and budgets across business units.

You will own rolling forecasts, enhance financial models, and support board materials and ad-hoc analyses in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will partner with accounting, finance and operations to ensure accuracy, discipline, and timely delivery of financial insights.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of progression experience in financial analysis, business administration, general accounting, economic analysis, or related discipline.
• CPA is a plus; insurance/financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, analysis and evaluation of departmental budgets with KPI definitions.
• Own rolling forecasts and explanations of variances and performance drivers.
• Prepare financial materials for Board of Directors and lender presentations.
• Collaborate with accounting, finance and compensation teams to ensure correct application of recognition standards.
