Job summary

The Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will lead the organization’s financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, performance management, and strategic financial analysis across Insurance and Investment businesses. This senior role translates data into insights for executives and the Board.

You will collaborate across Finance, Investments, Actuarial, Risk, Treasury, Underwriting, Claims, and business-unit leaders to drive growth, profitability, and capital efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent preferred.
• MBA or advanced degree in Finance/Business is an advantage.
• 10–15+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning, Investment Finance, Insurance Finance, or related areas.
• Significant experience in a senior finance management or FP&A leadership position.
• Strong understanding of insurance financial performance and/or investment management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and financial planning process across Insurance and Investment operations.
• Develop rolling forecasts, multi-year financial plans, and long-term business models.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and strategic targets.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers of revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow.
• Develop financial scenarios and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial performance reports for senior management and the Board.
• Develop executive dashboards covering revenue, profitability, capital, liquidity, AUM, investment performance, and business KPIs.
• Support CFO and executive leadership in strategic planning and business decisions.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the FP&A team and promote a data-driven finance culture.
