Job summary

CRC Group is seeking a Senior Director of FP&A to lead enterprise-wide forecasting, budgeting, and financial decision support. You will drive long-range planning, scenario modeling, and performance analytics for executive leadership.

The role oversees an FP&A team, partners with cross-functional leaders, and champions process improvements to optimize financial performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Requires 12+ years progressively senior FP&A experience.
• Leadership experience in corporate or divisional FP&A.
• MBA or related field strongly preferred; CPA/CFA advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Provide strategic insights to executive leadership from financial data.
• Oversee consolidation of results and monitor performance vs targets.
• Direct long-range planning and scenario modeling for growth opportunities.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing FP&A team.
