Job summary

CFS remote opportunity seeks a Manager of FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across units. You will partner with senior leadership to drive financial strategy and performance.

You will build models, develop executive reports, and provide insights to improve revenue, margins, and costs. Insurance experience and strong Excel skills are required; Adaptive Planning is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Insurance industry experience is required.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A, financial analysis, or business finance experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and ability to communicate insights to senior leadership.
• Adaptive Planning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual budgets, financial forecasts, and ongoing projections.
• Develop executive reporting packages, dashboards, and variance analyses.
• Evaluate revenue, margins, expenses, pricing, and operational performance.
• Build financial models for strategic planning, scenario analysis, and business decisions.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and spending trends.
• Improve financial reporting, systems, and FP&A processes.
