WCG is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to act as a strategic partner across business units, delivering financial insights and leading budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. You will build forward-looking models and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership, guiding key investment decisions.

The role emphasizes advanced Excel, Power BI, and BI tooling, with strong communication skills to influence executive audiences and drive efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 7 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint with BI tooling experience.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to drive financial planning and reporting.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles for designated areas.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Manage variance analysis and cost control for efficiency.
• Provide ad-hoc financial modeling and ROI assessments.
• Drive process improvements and reporting automation.
• Prepare executive-level reports and present recommendations.
