Job summary

KGPCo is seeking an FP&A Director to lead planning, forecasting, and reporting, translating financial data into clear insights for executives. You will build scalable models, dashboards in Power BI, and drive strategic decisions with cross-functional partners.

You will own annual budgets, long-range plans, and monthly performance reporting, guiding operational leaders with actionable analyses while ensuring accuracy and strong data governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related analytical role, with demonstrated ownership of planning, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, and efficient use of large or complex data sets.
• Power BI experience, including development of dashboards, visualizations, and decision-support reporting.
• Strong analytical, financial, and accounting skills with sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to connect operational activity to financial results.
• Demonstrated success presenting to and influencing employees, business leaders, and executives across all levels of an organization.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly performance reporting, including clear variance analysis and identification of business drivers.
• Develop and maintain financial models, scenarios, Power BI dashboards, and management reporting that support growth, margin improvement, cost management, working capital optimization, and other strategic decisions.
• Partner with leaders across the organization to translate financial results into actionable recommendations, challenge assumptions, and influence business outcomes.
• Prepare and present concise, executive-ready analyses and presentations for senior leadership, while adapting the message for financial and non-financial audiences.
• Use Power BI and advanced Excel capabilities to improve data visualization, automate recurring analysis, and expand self-service reporting.
• Apply accounting knowledge to ensure analyses are accurate, appropriately reconciled, and consistent with financial reporting requirements.
• Improve FP&A processes, reporting controls, data quality, and forecast accuracy; coach and support team members and cross-functional partners as needed.
