Qualifications

• 4+ years in financial planning and analysis or related field.
• Hospitality industry experience or familiarity with franchise models preferred.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial and marketing leaders to support planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Lead annual, quarterly, monthly planning and SG&A, headcount, revenue and expense forecasting.
• Develop and maintain financial models and analytical tools to support performance management.
• Perform variance analyses and communicate actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Provide insights to influence leadership decisions and translate strategy into financial plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify efficiency opportunities and optimize results.
