East West Hospitality is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to work with the CFO on financial planning, portfolio performance, and strategic decisions across hotels, resorts, and related properties. You’ll translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has FP&A experience in lodging, strong financial acumen, and a strategic mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years FP&A experience supporting hotel operations, resorts, vacation rental management, or lodging-related businesses.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, data warehouses is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain financial models, budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Analyze results, variances, margins, and KPIs to identify trends, risks, opportunities.
• Evaluate investments, capital projects, and strategic initiatives using financial modeling and market research.
• Prepare analyses and recommendations for senior leadership decisions, Board packets, and investor updates.
