Job summary

Best Western Hotels & Resorts, operating as BWH Hotels, seeks a highly strategic Managing Director of FP&A to lead planning, analytics, and finance transformation. You will advise executives, shape budgeting and forecasting, and modernize systems with AI and advanced analytics while guiding a skilled team in a global hospitality context.

The role reports to the VP of Finance and requires a strong track record in leadership, communication, and enterprise performance management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in FP&A, strategic finance, business intelligence, analytics, or related functions, including people leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, CMA, or similar professional designation preferred.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership teams.
• Experience with Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning a plus.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, strategic finance, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, actual results analysis, and enterprise performance management reporting.
• Develop governance, enterprise reporting, and Board reporting.
• Drive FP&A modernization through automation, AI, and data governance.
• Lead a high-performing team focused on accountability, collaboration, innovation, and results.
