Hilton’s corporate office in McLean, VA seeks a Manager on the Corporate Planning team to partner on global financial performance, forecasting, and risk management. The role reports to the Director Corporate Planning and leads the quarterly earnings and budgeting processes.

You will build robust financial models, improve forecasting accuracy, and support major financial decisions with thorough reviews and data-driven insights.

Qualifikationen

• Five years of FP&A experience in budgets and forecasts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including complex functions and modeling.
• Experience with financial reporting, modeling, and cost analysis.

Aufgaben

• Report forecast financials and support monthly/quarterly board materials.
• Build financial models using Excel, Hyperion, Anaplan and large datasets.
• Guide standardization and automation of financial reporting processes.
• Participate in ad hoc financial analyses.
