Job summary

Verathon Inc. in Bothell, WA seeks an experienced Manager, FP&A to lead a Financial Analytics team and partner with the Airway business unit.

You will own planning, reporting, and forecasting while maintaining strong financial controls and clear insights for executive leadership. You will drive the annual operating plan, lead forecasting with inputs from global leaders, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline required; MBA, CMA, or CPA designation preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive Finance and Accounting experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience leading a team to achieve business goals and drive measurable results.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with financial modeling and complex data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Financial Analysts, setting expectations and fostering high performance.
• Provide hands-on guidance to analysts to ensure high-quality work delivery.
• Partner with executive staff and business leaders to drive strategic objectives and decision-making.
• Direct the annual operating plan and lead forecasting with global updates into financial models.
