Job summary

Verathon is seeking an experienced Manager, FP&A to join our Bothell, WA team. You will serve as a strategic finance partner to the Airway business unit, leading a team of Financial Analysts and owning planning, reporting, and forecasting processes with rigorous controls.

You will translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, collaborating with executives and cross-functional teams to influence key commercial decisions across an international organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA/CMA/CPA preferred.
• 8+ years in Finance/Accounting with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading a team and driving measurable results.
• Advanced financial modeling and data analysis skills.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Financial Analysts and own FP&A processes.
• Partner with executive leadership to drive strategic objectives.
• Develop and manage the annual operating plan and forecasts.
• Provide actionable insights and influencer decisions with analysis.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure accurate financial reporting.
