Job summary

Verathon is seeking a Market & Competitive Intelligence Analyst to own analytical foundations for the Airway product portfolio in Bothell, WA. You will develop market models, size, growth, share estimates, segmentation, and pricing dynamics across global markets, partnering with product, sales, finance, and regional teams.

The ideal candidate is analytically rigorous, commercially minded, and capable of turning ambiguous data into clear recommendations with a track record of delivering results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business, marketing, finance, economics, data analytics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of market or competitive intelligence, product marketing, market research, finance, or related field; or 2+ years with MBA.
• Experience in medical device, healthcare, or high-tech B-to-B industries preferred.
• Strong analytical modeling skills across market sizing, share, growth, forecasting, segmentation, pricing, and business cases.
• Advanced Excel, AI-enabled analysis, and data-analysis skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, CRM/ERP data, or similar tools preferred.
• Ability to source, validate, and synthesize internal and external data.
• Strong business acumen, problem solving, and critical thinking; comfortable with ambiguity and travel.

Responsibilities

• Own market models by segment, geography, and product category including size, growth, share, and opportunity estimates.
• Track market trends and publish recurring market/share reporting for reviews and planning.
• Maintain market segmentation frameworks covering customer segments, buying behavior, and growth.
• Source, validate, and integrate internal and external market data; improve data quality and governance.
• Monitor competitor updates, pricing signals, and provide insights to Product Managers for launches.
• Translate analysis into executive-ready recommendations and presentations for leadership.
• Partner with PM, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Regions to support planning and business cases.
