Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an Income Statement Applied FP&A Leader to drive planning, forecasting, and performance management across a multi-billion-dollar P&L. You will partner with executives and lead an FP&A team, establishing KPIs and dashboards to monitor financial commitments.

The role oversees forecasting for Revenue, Gross Margin, OpEx, and Operating Income, aligning operations with strategic goals and guiding critical business decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in finance, FP&A, or business finance in a large org.
• Experience forecasting, budgeting, and planning with senior leadership.
• Proven ability in financial modeling, analytics, and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end consolidated P&L forecasting and planning.
• Lead monthly forecasts, AOP, quarterly outlooks, and LRPs.
• Develop models and analytics to improve forecast accuracy.
• Prepare Board-ready analyses for executive leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial goals.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to track performance.
