Job summary

Carrier seeks an FP&A Specialist to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the Climate Solutions Transportation – Americas unit. You will partner with senior leadership to deliver insights, monitor performance, and drive end-to-end financial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business with 5 years in finance, including 3+ years FP&A.
• 3+ years experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• 3+ years experience with Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling), cost/pricing and working capital analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting and budgeting processes across sales, margins, EBIT, cashflow and functional costs, including variance analysis and reporting.
• Lead the monthly financial results preparation with clear commentary and stakeholder liaison.
• Drive forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for departmental costs following cost center structures.
• Gather unit data to update margin analysis, quantify impact of mix/pricing/cost changes on margins.
• Partner with operations to deliver KPI analysis across material, logistics and factory performance.
• Monitor orders and updates for weekly profit assurance reviews.
• Identify improvements and automation opportunities in data preparation and reporting.
