Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a highly analytical FP&A Manager to support a commercial HVAC manufacturing site. This role partners with operations, supply chain, and engineering to drive productivity initiatives, lead financial cycles, and ensure strong financial stewardship with data-driven insights.

The position requires a Finance leader capable of thriving in a fast-paced, production-driven environment, with a commitment to quality and integrity. Authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Commerce is required.
• 5+ years experience with Financial Planning & Analysis or manufacturing finance, supporting plant operations.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, cost accounting, and operational KPIs.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with SAP/Oracle or similar ERP.

Responsabilités

• Lead the monthly FP&A cycle, including forecasting, annual planning, and monthly close/actuals analysis.
• Deliver clear, actionable financial insights to site leadership, highlighting risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
• Develop and maintain financial models that support scenario planning, cost analysis, and operational decision-making.
• Serve as the finance partner to Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Factory staff.
• Translate operational metrics into financial impact and ensure alignment between financial goals and operational execution.
• Partner with operations and engineering to identify, evaluate, and track productivity and cost-reduction projects.
• Oversee inventory reporting, valuation, and controls, and CAPEX management; lead the Production forecast cycle (SIOP, Forecasting, Actuals, Efficiency).
• Lead or support special projects such as capital investment evaluations, footprint optimization, cost-to-serve analysis, and compliance initiatives.
