Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead a team of FP&A professionals responsible for reporting, forecasting and strategic analysis for US distribution operations.

You will partner with operations leadership, drive annual plans and long-range forecasts, build advanced financial models, and mentor a skilled team in a global, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration required.
• 5+ years of FP&A experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• 3+ years advanced Excel experience.
• 1+ years hands-on experience with ERP and consolidation systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion/HFM).
• Preferred MBA/CPA/CMA and experience in supply chain finance or distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly performance reporting and provide actionable insights.
• Direct logistics spend analysis and cost benchmarking across CSA.
• Oversee annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Provide product line financial guidance and cross-functional partnership.
• Mentor FP&A team and ensure accurate month-end closings and accruals.
