You will partner with executive leadership and lead an FP&A team across Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or business finance in a large organization.
• 6+ years leading forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning with cross-functional influence.
• 6+ years of experience with financial statements (Revenue, Gross Margin, OpEx, Operating Income) and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end consolidated P&L forecasting including Revenue, Gross Margin, OpEx and Operating Income.
• Lead Monthly Forecasting, AOP, quarterly outlooks, and Long-Range Plans.
• Prepare Board-ready presentations and perform scenario modeling and investment evaluations.
• Drive KPI development, dashboards, and performance accountability across functions.
• Mentor and manage FP&A professionals; ensure governance and controls.
