Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead a team of FP&A professionals responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis for US distribution operations.

You will partner with operations leaders, drive operating plans, build advanced financial models, and mentor analysts while ensuring compliant month-end close and accurate freight and distribution center performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Strong Excel modeling and scenario building.

Responsibilities

• Executive Performance Reporting & Communication for freight and distribution centers.
• Lead annual operating plans (AOP), quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Mentor FP&A professionals and partner with North America Residential, Light Commercial and Commercial HVAC teams.
