Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks an FP&A Specialist for the Climate Solutions Transportation – Americas unit. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial close, partnering with senior leaders to drive insights and actionable decisions.

You’ll own variance analysis, KPI reporting, and data integrity across sales, margins, and operating costs. The role emphasizes process improvement, automation, and collaboration with operations to enhance financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business with 5 years in finance, 3+ in FP&A.
• 3+ years experience with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling).
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting and budgeting across sales, margins, EBIT, cash flow and costs; include variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly financial results with clear commentary.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve issues in financial results.
• Drive cost center reporting and adherence to accounting principles.
• Update margin analysis with data from multiple sources.
• Review data integrity and identify significant trends.
