Job summary

ElevenLabs is recruiting a central FP&A leader to own the company model, budgeting and monthly reporting cadence. You will drive narratives for executives and the board, set capital allocation discipline, and evaluate major investments using Pigment, Anaplan and SQL.

This remote-first role supports a fast-growing AI platform company. Ideal candidates will have high-growth tech FP&A, experience building driver-based plans, and comfort with data warehouses and AI-enabled planning tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in building a driver-based company model or long-range plan from scratch.
• Capable of leading end-to-end annual budget and quarterly reforecasts in a high-growth tech setting.
• Strong ability to translate numbers into clear narratives for executives or the board.
• Hands-on with planning tools (Pigment/Anaplan/Adaptive) and SQL; comfortable with data warehouses.
• Experience with usage-based or public-company FP&A a plus; familiarity with AI tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own the plan of record: the consolidated company model and budgeting cadence.
• Manage monthly reporting, budget vs. actuals, and quarterly reviews for leadership and board.
• Coordinate capital allocation decisions and evaluate major investments.
• Develop and scale FP&A processes as ElevenLabs grows toward potential IPO.
