Job summary

Salesloft, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Finance team and partner with Customer Success, Professional Services, and G&A to align planning with company growth.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, while building and maintaining revenue metrics and executive reports. You will leverage Pigment and Claude AI to accelerate analysis and model scenarios in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of FP&A, Sales Ops, or quantitative financial analysis in high-growth tech or B2B SaaS.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for financial modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Pigment FP&A platform and comfort using Claude AI to drive analytics and automation.
• Solid understanding of core SaaS post-sales metrics (NRR, GRR, Churn, ARR).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with executives.
• High adaptability and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset prioritizing team over individual contributions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Partnering: support departmental heads with headcount, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Maintain Revenue & Retention Metrics: own retention/churn forecasting models with Revenue Ops and Order Management.
• Drive Executive Reporting: prepare monthly/quarterly management reporting and insights for senior leadership.
• Leverage Modern Tech & AI: use Pigment as FP&A platform and Claude AI to accelerate analysis and automate workflows.
• Execute Strategic Modeling: perform ad-hoc financial modeling and scenario analyses.
