Job summary

ElevenLabs is growing fast across product lines, geographies, and business models, and we are looking to hire a Finance & Strategy analyst to keep pace with that complexity.

In this role you will own financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting across product lines; partner with Product leadership on investments, pricing and launches; define key metrics and support headcount budgeting. Remote-friendly with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in strategic finance or FP&A.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and unit economics.
• Experience building P&Ls from scratch and presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting across product lines.
• Partner with Product leadership on investment decisions, pricing, and launches.
• Define and track metrics: usage growth, contribution margin, cost per unit, payback periods.
• Support operations teams with headcount planning, budget management and spend analysis.
• Drive quarterly/annual planning cycles and present findings to senior leadership.
