Propelled Brands Franchising, LLC is seeking an experienced Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to partner with brand leaders and executives. You will lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial modeling, providing strategic insights for decision-making and long-term planning.

In this role, you will build executive dashboards, support Board materials, and manage cash flow with weekly forecasts while collaborating across brands and business units. Onsite 3 days/week near Carrollton, TX.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• 5–7 years of corporate FP&A experience across multiple entities or brands.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills and hands-on experience with Adaptive Planning and NetSuite.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Business Partnering: provide actionable financial and operational insights to executives.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: own annual budgets and monthly rolling forecasts across brands.
• Financial Modeling & Pro Forma: build complex models and ad hoc analyses from scratch.
• Board & Executive Reporting: develop executive-level reporting packages and dashboards.
• Cash Flow & Month-End Support: monitor weekly cash flow and assist month-end close.
• Data Analysis & Insights: analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Variance & Reconciliation: conduct reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• M&A Support: assist with due diligence and post-merger integration.
