Job summary

Home Franchise Concepts, LLC seeks a Financial Analyst to provide financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and decision-support across multiple brands. You will partner with accounting, finance, and BI teams to deliver insights, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.

The role requires collaboration with brand leaders, strong Excel modeling skills, and knowledge of GAAP while supporting multi-entity operations. This hybrid position is based in Flower Mound, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years work experience in finance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly forecasts and annual budgets with Brand/Department leaders.
• Conduct monthly business reviews with KPI and financial results vs. expectations.
• Identify risks/opportunities and recommend mitigations.
• Support strategic projects with analytical and modeling support.
• Collaborate with BI to develop dashboards and improve awareness of trends.
