Job summary

Propelled Brands seeks an experienced Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to partner with brand leaders and enterprise leadership. You will provide financial insights, manage budgeting and rolling forecasts, and develop board-ready materials.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years FP&A, MBA/CPA/CMA preferred, advanced Excel, NetSuite, and Adaptive Planning. Hybrid onsite 3 days/week near Carrollton, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• 5–7 years of corporate FP&A experience across multiple entities or brands.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills; hands-on with Adaptive Planning and NetSuite.
• Experience supporting mergers & acquisitions with private equity stakeholders.
• Strong grasp of U.S. GAAP and large-dataset analysis.

Responsibilities

• Strategic business partnering with brand and executive leaders.
• Own annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecasts across brands.
• Build complex financial models and pro forma statements from scratch.
• Develop executive-level reporting packages for C-suite and Board.
• Monitor weekly cash flow and support month-end close.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Perform variance analyses, investigate discrepancies, and recommend solutions.
• Assist with financial due diligence for potential acquisitions.
