Authority Brands Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead planning, forecasting, revenue and performance reporting for 14 franchise brands and company-owned locations.

You will manage royalty, NAF, and technology fee calculations while guiding a team of FP&A analysts as finance owners of brand P&Ls. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, including 3+ years of people leadership.
• Experience with franchise royalty and fee revenue models strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of consolidated P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Experience presenting financial results and insights to executive leadership.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and planning tools (e.g., NetSuite, Hyperion, Power BI, or similar).
• Proven ability to partner with and influence brand and operations leaders.
• Experience in a multi-brand, multi-entity, or PE-backed environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the end-to-end revenue capture process across all brands, ensuring royalty, NAF, and technology fee calculations are complete, accurate, and consistent with franchise agreement terms.
• Lead the annual budget, monthly and quarterly forecasts for all brands and company-owned locations, consolidating into the enterprise financial plan.
• Analyze trends in revenue, expense, capital expenditures, and other key drivers to inform planning assumptions.
• Build and maintain financial models and analyses of financial and operational metrics to evaluate and direct business performance.
• Lead and develop FP&A analysts who serve as finance owners for brand P&Ls.
• Partner with brand and operations leaders to drive expense management and margin performance.
