Job summary

The Facilities Group, based in Tampa, FL, seeks a Finance Business Partner to lead FP&A for a portfolio of brands. You will own the budget, forecast, and performance reviews, partnering with presidents and operations leaders to improve revenue, margin, and EBITDA.

You will drive pricing, labor, and staffing decisions, support acquisitions, and champion scalable reporting through Workday Adaptive Planning with a hands-on, executive-facing approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience with P&L ownership.
• Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis skills.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and complex accounting concepts.
• Experience partnering with executives and field leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio FP&A for multiple brands and drive budget, forecast, and performance reviews.
• Partner with operating leaders to push for revenue, margin, and cost improvements.
• Conduct monthly business reviews with clear owners and dates.
• Shape pricing, bids, and renewals in collaboration with pricing and operations.
• Support acquisitions and integration of new brands.
• Drive scalable processes and automation with Workday Adaptive Planning.
