Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead companywide financial planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting. This role partners with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and other functions to deliver actionable insights and strategic guidance.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in FP&A/Finance, an MBA or CPA, and experience in a multi-location manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, or FP&A, including leadership experience.
Experience in a multi-location manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead companywide financial planning, forecasting, consolidation, and management reporting.
Analyze financial results and identify drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities.
Develop financial projections and modeling linking historical performance to future expectations.
Oversee annual budgeting and long-range strategic planning with cross-functional leaders.
Monitor KPIs and provide insights to support business decisions.
Lead profitability analysis by channel, brand, and customer to improve performance.
Oversee reporting for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
