Job summary

Driven Brands, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Senior Manager of Corporate FP&A to lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling for the enterprise. You will partner with executives to deliver actionable insights and ensure accuracy of plans in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage a small FP&A team, own three-statement models, support long-range planning, and prepare board materials. Strong Excel/PowerPoint, advanced modeling, and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive FP&A or related experience, with strategic focus.
• Experience presenting analyses to senior executives is required.
• Strong financial modeling and three-statement forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasting, consolidate inputs, and prepare executive reports.
• Manage annual budgeting and long-range planning processes.
• Own enterprise three-statement models (Income, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Develop business cases for strategic initiatives and investments.
• Mentor and develop two FP&A professionals and drive process improvements.
