Job summary

Associated Bank is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead the FP&A function for the Consumer Lending segment. You will forecast, budget, report, and model financials while guiding a team of analysts and partnering with senior leaders to influence strategic decisions.

You’ll drive improvements in planning processes, align financial strategies with business objectives, and report insights to executive leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
10+ years of progressive financial analysis, FP&A, or banking experience.
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; PowerPoint presentation development.
Demonstrated FP&A leadership experience; prior people management preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead financial planning and analysis for Consumer Lending: forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, reporting.
Partner with leaders to evaluate performance, investments, and opportunities.
Develop and enhance complex financial models for decision support.
Manage and develop a team of financial analysts.
Present insights and executive-level reporting to senior leadership.
Improve forecasting methodologies and analytical capabilities.
Align finance strategies with Consumer Lending objectives.
Establish consistent planning standards and reporting accuracy.
