Associated Bank is a leading financial services company seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead FP&A for the Consumer Lending line, guiding forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and modeling while directing a team of financial analysts. This role partners with senior leaders to align financial strategy with business goals and to drive performance.

You'll present insights to executives, shape planning standards, and influence key decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive financial analysis, FP&A, or banking experience.
• Prior people management experience (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Demonstrated FP&A leadership experience.
• Banking industry experience (preferred).
• Consumer lending experience (preferred).
• PowerPoint presentation development skills (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis activities for the Consumer Lending business, including forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and financial reporting.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate financial performance, strategic initiatives, investments, and business opportunities.
• Oversee the development and enhancement of complex financial models to support decision-making and performance management.
• Manage and develop a team of financial analysts, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
• Present financial insights, recommendations, and executive-level reporting materials to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial planning processes, forecasting methodologies, and analytical capabilities.
• Serve as a key liaison between finance and Consumer Lending leadership to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Establish and reinforce consistent financial planning standards, best practices, and reporting accuracy across assigned areas.
