Job summary

The Shelly Company seeks a Senior Manager, FP&A / Finance to partner with Division leadership and oversee planning, reporting, and performance analysis across the division and business units.

The role leads budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, capital analysis, and risk & opportunities processes, ensuring strong financial controls and timely reporting for informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in accounting, finance or FP&A.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to present to executives.
• Knowledge of SOX controls and financial reporting standards.
• Proven ability to lead across teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly end-to-end FP&A activities including planning, reporting, and KPI analysis.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning for divisions.
• Prepare investor relations commentary and provide actionable financial insights.
• Ensure accurate regional and divisional month-end reporting and CFO commentary.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate financial findings into business decisions.
• Support governance, internal controls, and continuous process improvements.
