Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Finance Manager of FP&A to join our finance leadership team. This role blends strategic financial planning, business partnership, and operational execution to drive profitability and growth across the organization.

The Senior Manager will own enterprise-wide forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis while partnering with executive leadership to inform key business decisions and capital allocation strategies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years FP&A or financial planning experience with leadership or senior IC role
• Expert in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Strong P&L management, capital planning and unit economics
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA preferred
• Experience with Adaptive Planning, OneStream or Anaplan and BI tools
• MBA/CPA/CFA preferred; finance/accounting degree required

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and rolling forecast processes
• Develop financial models for long-range planning (3–5 years)
• Create monthly variance analyses and management reporting
• Deliver executive-ready presentations and board materials
• Partner with CFO/CEO on strategic planning and capital decisions
• Design dashboards and KPI frameworks to improve decision speed
