Job summary

The Shelly Company, a CRH company, seeks a Senior Manager, FP&A to partner with Division leadership and drive financial planning, reporting, and performance management across the Ohio division. This role focuses on delivering accurate analyses and strategic insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, FP&A, or related discipline.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive-level presentations.
• Knowledge of SOX controls and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for the consolidated Business Units.
• Ensure budgets and forecasts align with Division financial targets, planning assumptions, and calendars.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of budgets, forecasts, actual results, and ad hoc business matters.
• Lead the monthly Risk and Opportunities process for the Great Lakes Division.
• Prepare financial information to support commercial and operational decisions and improvements.
