Upbound Group is seeking a Finance Manager, FP&A to drive planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis across the company. You will build and maintain integrated three-statement models and partner with executives to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, CFA or relevant advanced certification preferred.
• 5-8+ years FP&A or similar analytical finance experience.
• Advanced financial modeling including integrated three-statement models.
• Expert‑level Excel; experience with planning systems and BI tools.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow, and KPIs.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insights.
• Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the company’s financial planning processes, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, monthly outlooks, and long-range planning.
• Build, maintain, and enhance integrated three-statement financial models to support forecasting, liquidity planning, capital allocation, and executive decision-making.
• Develop driver-based forecasting models to improve visibility into business trends and future performance.
• Conduct scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessments to evaluate potential outcomes and actions.
• Analyze financial and operating results, identify key drivers of performance, and provide recommendations to improve results.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate opportunities, assess risks, and improve financial performance.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and board materials translating complex concepts into insights.
