The Planet Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a strategic finance partner. You will lead complex financial modeling, manage budgeting and forecasting integrity, and advise executives across functional areas.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, KPI analysis, variance leadership, and cash-flow forecasting. Strong Excel, Power BI, and NetSuite proficiency is essential; MBA/CPA a plus. Collaborative, data-driven, and adaptable professionals thrive here.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level finance/accounting degree; MBA or CPA a plus.
5+ years in financial analysis with impact on decisions.
Advanced Excel skills with macros; Power Query experience.
Direct Power BI, NetSuite, Procore experience preferred.
Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning and forecasting, translating projects into financial implications.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and KPIs for senior management.
Oversee monthly variance analysis for Opex and capex with corrective actions.
Own cash-flow forecasting components and model development.
Partner with business units to optimize financial health and efficiency.
Design dashboards and executive presentations with Power BI; ensure data quality.
