Job summary

The Shelly Company, a CRH company, is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A / Finance to partner with Division leadership, oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the Great Lakes Division. You will drive performance, provide insights, and deliver high-quality financial analysis to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, financial planning and analysis, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards, internal controls, and SOX compliance requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level presentations and commentary.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of regional and divisional month-end reporting packages and related deliverables.
• Analyze monthly financial results and KPIs, explaining trends, variances, risks and drivers.
• Review monthly flash reporting and regional month-end presentation materials for accuracy and executive readiness.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for consolidated Business Units.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to support management review and decision-making.
• Translate financial findings into actionable recommendations to support growth and performance.
• Support capital allocation, expenditures, and strategic investments.
• Collaborate with leadership to align plans with targets and calendars.
